Hi! It's been a month plus since I've last blogged! Quite a no. of events happened recently, but I admit that life is getting extremely dull as of late. Wish I were in school loaded with tests and such...but one thing that I do not miss is the lack of sleep! Or maybe perhaps I didn't have that many friends in JC and thus felt the need to go online to communicate with other ppl =\

I bought a Yamaha guitar on Sunday, 06 June 2010! U can view the pictures on facebook anyway =D I recalled Sunday to be a fairly stressful day as I rushed with the brownie making! In fact I wanted to make it since friday, but I went out and returned home too late to make it! Don't know why, but I feel that if people weren't so restricted by time to cook or bake, I'd be wayyy happier! I'm turning into one spontaneous, random person lately, so pardon me! Perhaps if I ever get my own home in the future and living on my own I'd probably churn out many dishes then! Or maybe my new problem would be finding people to eat them all, unless I make in smaller batches!

Alright, back to topic. Fortunately my mom helped me out a little even though she called me some really mean names =\ but i have my reasons for rushing! Firstly, I was meeting two people on the same day and therefore it was most convenient to give them some...secondly, I wanted to see people's reactions when they tried it! Unfortunately that didn't happen in this case, since my cousin said that he was full at that moment T_T...another reason would be that it's more polite to give food away when it's freshly made, right? Lastly, I like sharing good things! But, as usual, my reasons are never heard by my family members since they are too impatient, and therefore I will have to rant it all out here!

Didn't enjoy this outing with my cousin as much as the previous one since I felt uninspired and my cousin was pretty quiet himself.

Oh well. I guess I just have to work much harder on future outings! Anyway it's a good thing that he came along cos I haven't a clue on which guitar's the best, and he's a pro at them!

Aww you're so cute!!

Each morning I awake,
my best friend beside me,
his eyes are wide with love,
and my heart soars again.

As I go through my day,
expectations on me,
my friend is always near,
to soothe my troubled mind.

When nighttime descends on us,
and the world is through with me,
at last I can meditate,
and give loving thanks for him.

My friend is very special,
a truly amazing soul,
he's very soft and gentle,
for he's my cat, after all!
