I've been to church for the past few days for Stations of the Cross and Good Friday, and I must admit I kinda miss those times!

I skipped ninja-do on thur to attend the Last Supper mass. For Good Friday, I went for the evening mass which came before the SotC and went to IMM for dinner afterward! Though half of my family went to get some bb plan and meanwhile, the other had dinner, all in all in was a pleasant evening. I got lost for a while in IMM while searching for a bubble tea shop after dinner! My sis and mom caught up with me, which meant that I took a while walking the wrong way =X I had choc oreo and my sis had vanilla milk tea!

Saturday was spent on visiting my uncle in hospital, and lunch with the family at the Central. We tried Ramen Santouka, and here are some pics of them! Below 1st pic is mine, miso soup base ramen set...B3. I ordered the natto cos I wanted to try it =\ There's a thick layer of oil floating in the soup if u look closer. Truth to be told, I didn't like the ramen much...the bamboo shoots used tasted spoilt(sour-ish or so), and I was alarmed that such a ramen joint would serve their customers such poor quality ingredients. I guess the standard isn't consistent? There's mixed reviews from other websites. The meat in the ramen was a little dry. Fortunately, the vegetables served tasted fresh.
This has got to be the best part of the meal...pork cheeks! I'd prolly return to eat this, but it's in limited amounts, so good luck if u've gotten your hands on one.
This gyoza was ok, I suppose?
After lunch, we left the place and my dad went for coffee and the rest of us walked around the mall...then we had some icecream from Azabu Sabo.I tried the strawberry and it was delish! Not too cloying, and some of the sweet taste lingered after each mouthful. Not exactly full bodied, but the strawberry taste was there. I sampled some of the black sesame but it didn't go down too well on my palate so fortunately I didn't buy it. I think we headed back at around 3-4pm? And I really dislike ERPs! Fortunately I don't/can't drive and I'm more of an environment person, so I'll save some $$ on travelling on my own.

Aww you're so cute!!

Each morning I awake,
my best friend beside me,
his eyes are wide with love,
and my heart soars again.

As I go through my day,
expectations on me,
my friend is always near,
to soothe my troubled mind.

When nighttime descends on us,
and the world is through with me,
at last I can meditate,
and give loving thanks for him.

My friend is very special,
a truly amazing soul,
he's very soft and gentle,
for he's my cat, after all!
